The standard, not the waiting room
ValU isn't about killing time until marriage. It's about building the version of you that's ready for it. Weekly study, daily practice, real growth you can feel.

For Singles
ValU is not a dating app. It's not a waiting room. It's the work singles ministries should have been doing all along: standards, alignment, leadership, understanding. Build them, and the rest will follow.
Free to join when your church partners with ValU.

What ValU actually is
01
ValU isn't about killing time until marriage. It's about building the version of you that's ready for it. Weekly study, daily practice, real growth you can feel.
02
Your cohort meets weekly at your chapter. Real conversations with people walking the same road. No performance. No pretending. Just the work.
03
Every ValU pastor is certified through our cohort. They've sat with the curriculum, the framework, and their own standards before they ever teach yours.
04
Annual conferences, regional events, and a network that reaches past your own room. You're not alone, even when you can't see it.
A week as a member
Sunday
Your chapter meets in person at your partner church. Your pastor walks the week's theme. You leave with one practice for the week.
Monday
The week's reflection drops in the app. 10 minutes of reading, one question to sit with. No streak pressure, just rhythm.
Wednesday
Your weekly cohort meets, in person or virtual. The same 8 to 12 people, working through the same questions, getting honest.
Saturday
End-of-week journaling prompt. Where did the standard show up this week? Where did it slip? What's the next move?
Members building
“I spent five years dating the same kind of guy. ValU made me realize I was the kind of person who kept attracting that. Six months in, I look at relationships completely differently.”
Tasha
ValU Brooklyn, 29
“The cohort was the surprise. I came for the teaching. I stayed because of the eight other guys in the room with me, asking the questions I was too scared to ask alone.”
Marcus
ValU Brooklyn, 31
“I came in knowing nobody. A year later I'd done two conferences, started leading a small group, and met the people who became my closest friends.”
Devon
ValU Brooklyn, 26
