The Code, page 9 of the Scholar's Guide

The Creed is what we believe. The Code is how we behave. Every Scholar commits to ten standards. No exceptions, no exemptions:

01. Honor God

He gets the first word and the final say in our decisions, our relationships, and our ambitions.

02. Honor Yourself

Guard your heart, mind, body, and standards. You cannot give away what you refuse to protect.

03. Honor Others

Treat every ValUdictorian's story, struggle, and season with dignity.

04. Choose Accountability

Invite correction before you need rescue. Lone rangers don't last here.

05. Reject Gossip

If they're not in the room, their name is safe in your mouth.

06. Pursue Excellence

Whatever carries your name should carry your best.

07. Protect Unity

Disagree in private, defend in public, and never let offense recruit you.

08. Serve Joyfully

Serve like it's a privilege, because it is.

09. Lead Humbly

The higher you rise, the lower you bow.

10. Finish Strong

ValUdictorians complete what they commit to. Starting is common; finishing is the standard.
